Your Role

This role will be based out of our US HQ in Jersey City, NJ, 5 days a week. We are looking for an Associate Counsel (Corporate) to join Technogym USA. This person will be responsible for all corporate legal functions and matters related to the US subsidiary, with a focus on matters related to product liability, data privacy, and after sales obligations.

Additionally, this role will support Italy Headquarters with implementing and overseeing existing legal process and platforms. This role will give you the opportunity to work in a high-profile environment, with an international and dynamic team. Your Impact Advise and counsel Technogym’s USA team and business, identifying critical legal issues and assessing legal options and solutions across all areas of the business (e.

g. IP, data privacy/protection, warranty compliance, consumer rights) Draft, review, and negotiate on a variety of contracts and agreements Create and/or standardize templates related to legal strategy, contracts, and processes with the goal of creating scalable legal support Support compliance initiatives across the organization, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations across all areas Manage litigations, disputes, and requests end-to-end, engaging and directing outside counsel where needed Manage relationships with external law firms and specialized advisors, owning budget and scope of legal spend Identify legal risks and proactively recommend solutions that support business objectives Partner with HR to provide support on employment matters, disputes, and regulations About You What you should bring Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school with active bar admission in New York or New Jersey (admission to the bar in other states is a plus); 5-7+ years of experience, combination of law firm and in-house counsel experience Previous experience with the luxury, technology, or lifestyle sectors highly desired Strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction operations (US multi-state) Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex legal matters clearly for non-legal stakeholders Process oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands Ability to adhere to in-office requirements What we offer: Salary $225,000 - $250,000 commensurate with experience PTO (vacation, sick, & holidays) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - effective first day of employment 401k with company match - effective first day of employment Gym on-site for employee use Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer Technogym is an equal opportunities employer.
