Responsibilities

Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.

Handle voice-based interactions, including inbound calls and support tickets, with a focus on quality service. Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring timely closure of issues and adherence to service level agreements.

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in active listening to capture all relevant details from customer interactions. Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer problems. Proven experience in customer handling and managing client expectations in a service-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively.

Familiarity with voice process operations and the ability to maintain composure during high-volume call periods. Competence in query resolution, including the ability to navigate support systems and document interactions accurately.
