• Crash & Safety (Occupant) Tools
• LS-DYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer and D3PLOT, Altair Hyper Works, Working knowledge on Teamcenter/ 3D Experience,, Exp – 6 + Education -Bachelors/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field Detailed JD
• The CAE engineer will be responsible for carrying Occupant safety analysis and model build.
• Creation of CAE Models [ system level/ BIW / Full vehicle].
• Able to model/debug full vehicle occupant/sled models using Primer
• Able to run CAE full vehicle structural analysis in LSDYNA, summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner Good knowledge of fundamental physics and structural engineering principles
