Job description
The Construction Estimator position requires robust analytical and budgeting skills and is responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. The Construction Estimator should be able to assess the best prices for a project given the relevant variables and be able to collect and evaluate construction costs with a final goal of producing a budget or a contract bid. They will provide knowledge of costs and benefits that support profitable business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the construction and environmental remediation industry, strong relationship-building skills, excellent planning and management skills, and the ability to prioritize and lead others.
