Mechanical Engineer - Trainee

Job Responsibilities

Financials Support the achievement of departmental productivity and operational efficiency targets. Assist in optimising resource utilisation and minimising equipment downtime. Assist Senior Engineers and Supervisors with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems. Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures.

Support troubleshooting activities and assist in identifying the root causes of equipment failures. Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, manuals, and schematics. Learning & Growth Participate in structured training programmes, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities. Develop technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and engineering practices.

Seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to enhance performance and support professional development. Work Experience No prior work experience required. Educational Qualification Fresh High School Graduate.
