Compensation

We’ll pay you an hourly wage of $16.00/hour . We are open from 5am - 10pm on the weekdays. Seeking Opening and Mid-day shifts, along with flexible Weekend We are open from 7am - 8pm on the weekends. About the Job

We need you to fill the role of Welcome Desk, Weekend Shifts. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities: Provide Excellent Customer Service and Administrative duties Greet members and guests when they arrive and leave Answer and manage the primary Shalom Austin telephone line Register members and guests for programs Assist members with policies and procedures Manage Member payment updates at check in and over the phone Help set up tours Help guests transition to new memberships Stock, clean and straighten the welcome desk, living room, J Cafe and courtyard Be informed about campus events and changes on campus Help other member experience departments as needed Requirements Possess a high school diploma.

Possess flexibility, multi-tasking, and customer service skills. Pass all required criminal history background checks (which may, depending on the position you are hired for, include an FBI fingerprint check). Adhere to our Mission, Core Values, and all HR policies and procedures.
