Provider Enrollment Specialist I

The Provider Enrollment Specialist I supports provider enrollment and recertification activities to ensure timely billing and uninterrupted payer participation. This role manages CHAMPS/Medicaid enrollments and recertifications, coordinates commercial payer re-certifications, maintains accurate provider records, and ensures required documentation is reviewed and uploaded to support credentialing functions.
