Expert QC

Role Summary

Responsible for managing and improving the mill’s Quality Control (QC) system with a strong focus on quality data analysis, statistical control, and data-driven quality improvement to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and standardize the QC system across production and laboratory operations. Analyze quality data using SPC and other statistical tools to identify trends and risks. Develop quality dashboards and reports for management decision-making. Support root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pulp & Paper, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5–8 years’ experience in QC/QA within pulp & paper or process manufacturing. Strong skills in quality data analysis, SPC, and QC systems. Experience with LIMS, MES, or quality data platforms is an advantage Will be based in Karawang, West Java
