What You’ll Do Create genuine, memorable guest experiences Guide guests through a multi-course fondue dining experience Build rapport and celebrate special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, date nights) Suggestively sell wine, cocktails, and menu enhancements Work as a team — “the whole floor is your station” Follow service standards and sequence of service What We’re Looking For Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong communication and people skills Reliable and consistent Available nights, weekends, and holidays Dependable transportation Experience is a plus, but not required — the right attitude and work ethic matter most.

The Role This is a more intentional style of service. Our guests come in to celebrate — not just to eat — and your role is to guide that experience from start to finish. Success here comes from being present, building connections, and delivering a consistent, thoughtful experience—especially during our busiest shifts.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the individual must have 1 year serving experince and be able to perform all job responsibilities and accountabilities. The items listed in the job description are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. A passion for providing exceptional food and beverages in a fun, polished casual restaurant.

1 year serving experience; Be able to work weekends and all holidays.; Possess a food handler and alcohol certiciation card
