About Us

Rosehill is a multicultural specialist school for students aged 5–21. Students have a range of disabilities. Our school includes: A base school with 10 classes 14 satellite units in mainstream schools A transition unit for ages 18–21 focused on life skills and independence Travel between sites is part of the role, and a petrol allowance is provided.

Our Therapy Team Join a collaborative team of OTs, Physios, SLTs, and Psychologists. Together, we support students to actively engage in learning and life.

Your Role

This varied role includes a set caseload. You’ll work with class teams, therapists, and whānau to set priorities, run programmes, and review students' progress. You’ll also contribute to school-wide initiatives aligned with our strategic goals. Innovation is welcomed.

Key responsibilities

Assessment, task analysis and interventions for individuals and classes Support student participation and independence through skill development Respond to safety and changing needs Who We’re Looking For You’re passionate about paediatrics and special needs, with strong clinical reasoning, teamwork, and a flexible, positive attitude.

Experience with sensory modulation, fine motor skills, and postural management is a plus.
