Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards. Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to guests. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area. Ensure proper stock levels and assist with inventory control. Handle guest requests and provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages.

Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures. Ensure accurate billing and cash-handling procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or bar is preferred. Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Guest-focused, professional, and well-presented. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
