Nurse LPN/RN – Full-Time Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio (BHP) Licking County | Full-Time Make a Difference Through Meaningful Work BHP is seeking a Nurse LPN/RN to provide community-based nursing and medical care to individuals receiving behavioral health services. This position supports client health and wellness through nursing assessments, medication administration, health education, monitoring, and coordination of care.
What You'll Do
Provide nursing care and medical services within the scope of licensure. Administer medications and injections according to prescribed orders. Complete nursing assessments, vital signs, progress notes, and clinical documentation. Provide health education and promote healthy lifestyle practices. Coordinate with physicians, psychiatrists, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
Participate in care planning, referrals, and coordination of services. Respond appropriately to medical and behavioral health concerns or emergencies. Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in accordance with HIPAA and applicable requirements. Participate in required training and maintain current nursing knowledge.
Travel between BHP locations and provide services in community settings as needed.
What We're Looking For
Associate degree in Applied Science of Nursing. Current Ohio LPN or RN license . Three to five years of nursing experience in a facility serving individuals with mental health needs. Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and protect confidential information. Experience with Electronic Health Records and Microsoft Office. Independent licensure preferred. Why Join BHP?
