Central Scheduler

The Central Scheduler serves as the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating patient scheduling activities. This position manages incoming telephone calls, schedules appointment, documents accurate and detailed messages, establishes new patient accounts, and updates demographic information within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

The Central Scheduler plays a vital role in ensuring accurate patient information, efficient scheduling operations, and a positive patient experience while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and organizational policies and procedures.
