The 2nd shift Truck Loader II position in our Allentown, PA facility supports the laundry by preparing all linen orders for delivery. The hourly rate for this position is $19.29hr. with an additional $.45/hr differential. In addition, HCSC offers the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and organize linen orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and readiness for
• Inspect linen carts for proper working condition and stage carts for
• Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of truck and trailer
• Perform daily yard checks to verify equipment location, condition, and
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date soil board to support distribution and operational
• Communicate equipment needs, maintenance concerns, and operational issues to the Distribution
• Move and position trucks and trailers as needed; successfully pass the required onsite driving skills
• Receive, organize, and put away supplies in designated
• Perform other related duties as assigned by

What you will bring to the role:

• High school diploma or GED required and previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or logistics operations is preferred.
• Prior experience jockeying tractor-trailers and straight trucks preferred; CDL not required.
• Must be able to successfully complete an onsite driving skills assessment to operate and reposition trucks and trailers.
• Excellent communication (verbal) skills and the ability to maintain accurate records, complete yard checks, and track equipment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information: This position reports to the 2nd shift Distribution Supervisor is based out of our Allentown, PA location. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:

Monday-Friday 3:30pm-midnight (2nd shift) with occasional weekends.

Ability to work OT up to two hours till 2am is required
