We work with architects, designers, facade engineers, procurement companies, general contractors and government agencies.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Specification Manager to join our team. Key duties will include: Building and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers and design consultants during the early design phase of commercial projects Working directly with architects to understand their project requirements and specify Turner Bros products before projects proceed to tender Positioning Turner Bros as a trusted technical partner throughout the design and specification process Providing technical advice and design assistance on product selection, performance requirements and compliance Preparing technical documentation, specifications and design recommendations Delivering CPD presentations and product education sessions to architects and design consultants Maintaining an active project pipeline from concept through to tender, and handing qualified projects to the Sales and Estimating teams once specification is secured Representing Turner Bros at industry events and Architecture & Design (A&D) networking opportunities Monitoring construction activity, competitor activity and specification trends to identify new project opportunities Requirements We are seeking a candidate who: Has established relationships within the Architecture & Design (A&D) community Has demonstrated experience influencing product specification during the design phase of commercial projects Has demonstrated experience providing technical advice and design assistance to architects and consultants Has commercial construction industry experience Has strong presentation and relationship-building skills Highly desirable: Experience within window coverings, architectural shading or facade products Experience delivering CPD presentations or technical product training Technical understanding of building products and relevant Australian Standards Knowledge of commercial procurement and tender processes Benefits Car allowance Laptop provided Work on iconic projects across Australia International exposure through a growing business
