Day Shift Production Packer – Fischer Paper Products (Antioch, IL) Position: Full-Time Production Packer Company: Fischer Paper Products Location: Antioch, Illinois Schedule Day Shift: 6:15 AM – 4:35 PM Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shifts Friday: Mandatory overtime as needed based on business demands No weekend work What You'll Do Pack paper bags into boxes during production.

Ensure products meet quality and food-safety standards. Follow manufacturing and workplace safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to improve production efficiency. Help meet customer expectations through safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
