Analytical Chemist

Department: Quality Control Location: Israel Reports to: Manager of QA Position Type: Full-time The Role: Eybna is looking for an Analytical Chemist to strengthen the validation layer behind everything we ship, from raw terpenes to finished formulations. You'll run the analytical testing that confirms our products match spec and back up the safety and validation claims behind BNA™.

This role is exact, detail-heavy, and directly tied to the credibility of our data.

Key Responsibilities

Perform analytical testing (GC, GC-MS, HPLC, and related methods) on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Validate product specifications against quality standards, flagging and investigating out-of-spec results. Develop and maintain analytical methods and standard operating procedures for new and existing product lines.

Maintain calibration, maintenance, and documentation for lab instrumentation. Support regulatory and certification requirements (FSSC22000, ISO9001, GMP) with accurate, audit-ready data and documentation. Collaborate with Formulation and Computational Chemistry teams to validate predicted results against real analytical data.

Maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and batch testing records.

Requirements

Degree in analytical chemistry, chemistry, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with GC, GC-MS, and/or HPLC in a QC or analytical lab setting. Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (food, flavor, fragrance, pharma, or similar) preferred. Strong documentation discipline and comfort working to GMP/ISO standards.

Sharp attention to detail and a methodical, evidence-first approach to problem-solving. Good written communication for reporting results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
