About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. The agent will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing guidance throughout the transaction process while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Requirements

Valid real estate license (as required by local regulations). Proven experience or strong interest in real estate sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of local property markets and real estate laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property showings and open houses. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. Develop and maintain client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Negotiate contracts and coordinate with legal, financial, and inspection professionals.

Maintain accurate records and reports of transactions and client interactions.
