Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is hiring a hands-on and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support operations at our Minot location. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Operating Partner and Assistant General Manager with daily operations

Lead and train team members to maintain service and cleanliness standards

Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels

Support scheduling and payroll coordination

Address guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience

Uphold health, safety, and company policies

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment
