We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to gain exposure to all aspects of accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing global company.

The ideal candidate will support the Controller in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements and management reports. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses. Work with external auditors and local accountants on audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements. Help maintain accounting policies and internal controls.

Improve accounting processes, including automation and ERP implementation.

Requirements

CPA with Big 4 experience is required. 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience, with a background in high-tech or gaming. Good understanding of IFRS/US GAAP and financial reporting. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and Office; experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Priority is an advantage.

Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew. Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and meet deadlines.
