Maintenance Technician

Description Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of HVAC systems, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and meeting safety standards. This includes janitorial/cleaning tasks.
• Address plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs, to maintain proper water supply and drainage.
• Troubleshoot and conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks to keep the facilities in optimal condition, including carpentry, painting, and basic construction work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from multiple locations, prioritizing urgent matters to minimize disruptions to business operations.
• Collaborate with management and staff to understand specific maintenance needs and ensure their timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed, equipment serviced, and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during all maintenance tasks.
• Participate in scheduled inspections and contribute to the development of maintenance schedules and plans.
• Light moving of objects from location to location.

• Proficiency in basic HVAC, light electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance tasks.
