Spiegelworld is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Superfrico is not a conventional restaurant, and we are not looking for a conventional General Manager. This is one of the most unique hospitality leadership opportunities in North America—a business where exceptional food and beverage, immersive entertainment, theatrical service, and operational excellence exist as one seamless guest experience.
The salary range will start at $100,000/year.
