Job description
- Strong hands-on experience is required in:
- QM Master Data
- QM Notifications
- QM Cost Management
- QM Inspections
- Batch Management
- Usage Decision
- Defect Recording
- DMR (Document Management/Defect Management Reporting, as applicable)
- Integration with SAP modules such as EWM, PP, MM, and others
- Must possess a solid understanding ofSAP QM business processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in collaborating with theABAP teamfor enhancement development, issue resolution, and bug fixes.
- Ability to configure SAP QM solutions fornew developments, business requirements, and rollout projects.
- Well-versed in IT service management processes, includingIncident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management.
