• Available Shifts: These positions participate in the on-call weekend and holiday rotations. AM: FT Monday
• Friday 7:00-3:30 pm (72 hrs/pp) with holiday and variable on-call weekend rotation PM: PT EOW 3:00-6:00 pm (6 hrs/pp) PM: PT 3:30 PM- 6:30 pm (12 hrs/pp) NOC: PT EOW 10:30-6:30 am (16 hr/ pp) with holiday and on-call rotation Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant in this role to support the 30 residents in our Assisted Living residence. What You’ll Do Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks Memory Care cross-training What You’ll Need Previous direct care experience, preferred Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required
• We will train the right fit for our team! High school diploma or equivalent is required If under the age of 18, we can assist in getting you a waiver to work. Our Wages Starting Range: $18.75 - $20.75 + per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion and regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance! $3.00 NOC differential; Also includes Weekend Differential and on-call and pick-up incentives.
