We offer five core capabilities that span the full talent lifecycle: Organizational Strategy Assessment and Succession Talent Acquisition Leadership and Professional Development Total Rewards Job description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to designated senior leaders within Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain daily schedule including internal and client meetings with keen attention to detail and seamless efficiency. Coordinate complex global scheduling and logistics, including executive travel and high-stakes client meetings. Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, managing complex priorities, communications, and operations in a fast-paced, global environment.

Lead simultaneous high-priority initiatives, balancing competing demands while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes. Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, LOE/SOW/MSA Contracts, and other business documents. In addition, track contract status, etc. Coordinate travel schedules, both domestic and international, preparing a detailed itinerary prior to departure using Concur.

Prepare and submit bi-monthly accurate expense reports using Concur for leaders and reconcile statements. Prepare and save bi-monthly timesheets for partners and leaders, showing utilization time allocated to each engagement. Enter and update business development database, Salesforce, and prepare reports for review. Serve as administrative point of contact to maintain business relationships between the consultant/partner and key clients; must be exceptionally comfortable working with senior executives, exhibiting the appropriate level of discretion and sensitivity on high level candidates and clients.

Draft and deliver communications as needed, ensuring clarity, consistency, and executive presence. Project related as appropriate: Engagement set-up, sales credit tracking, A/R follow-up, etc. Assist with other duties such as shared digital file maintenance (i.e. Teams, SharePoint), scanning, trouble shooting, and meeting/catering planning.

Support other colleagues when possible, providing timely answers to requests. Assist with office management duties as needed and other duties as assigned. LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS Outstanding Communication Skills . Must demonstrate competence and ease communicating with senior executives and their teams, as characterized by excellent verbal skills on the telephone and written skills in drafting and editing client-facing documents.

Intelligence and Intellectual Curiosity . Must be genuinely interested in learning about business and industry characteristics/needs. Need the ability to quickly learn industry / company fundamentals. Need sufficient conceptual skills to understand broad industry concepts. High Energy Level. Must work on multiple assignments simultaneously, adhere to best practice guidelines.

Must be willing to work hours required to complete the assignment. Contribution to Team and Resources. Must be recognized as a natural team player who is invested in the success of the team. Reliably complete necessary paperwork and follow procedures effectively. Discretion. Must project an understanding and appreciation for the confidentiality of client and candidate information and protect it as appropriate. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor’s degree. Minimum of five years of relevant work experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leaders in a business environment required, ideally in a professional services firm.

Demonstrated track record of sound judgment and professionalism with the ability to work with senior level executives across multiple business lines and regions. High degree of interpersonal and professional savvy across varying levels of internal management, staff, clients, and associates. High level of business acumen; able to make timely decisions and drive to action.

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate to operational processes. Must be able to work independently with little supervision, be detail-oriented, flexible in terms of hours/responsibilities, and able to organize and prioritize multiple deadlines. Excellent organizational capabilities, with high degree of prioritization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service focused with excellent phone etiquette. Excellent PowerPoint skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Client management/service experience highly preferred. Experience in the talent management field a plus.
