Maintenance Supervisor

A leading hospitality group is looking to fill a permanent job for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a boutique hotel in Staines, Surrey. Salary up to £27k + excellent benefits. Flexible hours, 40hrs pw incl weekends. JOB DUTIES Responsible for day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules.

Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for guest rooms and public areas. Perform daily checks around the hotel. Develop procedures to ensure health and safety and compliance with statutory regulations. Prepare budgets for engineering. Maintain and repair mechanical equipment and maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Preferred candidates will hold a qualification in a maintenance trade. The Maintenance Supervisor will have good knowledge of building management including plumbing, painting and decorating. Positive attitude, good communication skills and excellent customer service experience. Ability to work under pressure and on their own.

Ideally candidates will have experience working in a hotel environment. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Supervisor job is based near to Staines station, Surrey TW18 4LY.
