• ELLICOTT CITY, MD, Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.00Hourly, Join Our Team at Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant! We are currently seeking a friendly and dependable PRN Concierge to join our caring, mission-driven community. This position offers flexible, as-needed scheduling based on availability, with shifts that may include 8:00am - 4:00pm, 8:00am- 12:00pm, 12:00pm - 4:00pm, or 4:00pm - 8:00pm, including every other weekend as needed. As a Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing a warm welcome while supporting administrative operations throughout the community. What You’ll Do as an LVMG Concierge: Operate telephone, paging, radio, voicemail, and computerized phone systems, answer calls professionally and direct inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments. Provide information and materials (e.g., brochures, directions, newsletters, calendars) in accordance with policies. Greet visitors and assist with guest room reservations, directing them to the proper offices, personnel, or residents. Prepare event and tour signage and assist with maintaining meeting room and event calendars. Manage work orders using computer software and support administrative staff as needed. Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and community partners. Perform all duties aligned with the organization’s mission and comply with established policies and procedures. Participate in mandatory training, in-service sessions, and cross-training opportunities to enhance clerical support skills. Qualifications

What You’ll Need as a Concierge: Education | Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a professional setting.
