Manufacturing Support Engineer II

The Manufacturing Support Engineer II will be responsible for solving hands-on manufacturing problems to help improve the day-to-day performance of manufacturing operations while working closely with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering. This position will need to use resources to identify manufacturing problems, understand root causes, develop practical solutions, and ensure improvements are successfully implemented and sustained.

This position will also bring structure to unclear problems, challenge existing methods, influence change, and drive teams from problem identification through execution and follow-up.
