Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our Columbus team. You'll work alongside experienced installers, learn a skilled trade, and gain hands-on experience that can lead to a long-term career in HVAC.

No HVAC experience required. We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, coachable, and ready to learn. Why Logan Services? What You Can Expect Paid hands-on training Competitive pay with opportunities to grow Medical, dental, and vision after 90 days PTO and sick time 401(k) with 4% company match + Roth Profit-sharing opportunities Career advancement opportunities What You'll Do Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC installations and replacements Learn HVAC equipment, tools, installation techniques, and safety practices Load, stage, and organize materials and equipment Maintain clean and safe jobsites Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment Communicate professionally with teammates and customers Participate in ongoing training Take on more responsibility as your skills grow What We're Looking For Dependable with a strong work ethic Coachable and willing to learn Mechanically inclined or interested in how things work Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to work in physically demanding environments and varying temperatures Safety-minded and team-oriented Professional and respectful in customers' homes Previous HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.
