The Director of Staffing Resources serves as the operational leader and strategic owner of Wesley. Life's Flex. Care program, responsible for the growth, sustainability, and performance of the organization's internal workforce solution. Reporting to Operations, this role provides oversight of the entire Flex. Care workforce and is accountable for expanding the program, reducing agency utilization, improving staffing stability, and ensuring continuity of care across Wesley.
