Position Summary

• Will require in house training on gas field operations Job Site Coordinator position requires an energetic individual capable of walking multiple miles daily, engaging in effective communication with diverse customers at job sites.

• Seeking a dynamic and organized individual responsible for coordinating day to day operations at various job sites, strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Collaborate with project managers and team leads to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive schedules for multiple job sites, considering resource availability and project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with team leads (General Foreman) ensuring they are informed of their daily assignments and changes to schedule.
• Optimize scheduling processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in relevant scheduling software/tools.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.
• Demands proficiency in computer/tablet usage, excel, outlook (Microsoft applications), adobe. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
