01 WHAT YOU’LL DO – Gain hands-on experience across global business areas such as certification, consultancy, inspection, logistics, operations, quality, sustainability, and commercial functions – Support day-to-day operational and project activities – Contribute to cross-regional initiatives that improve how we work – Build a strong understanding of PCU’s services, standards, and values – Actively contribute to continuous improvement and responsible business practices 02 THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU… – Take ownership and accountability for your work – Act with integrity and sound judgement – Are comfortable with complexity and ambiguity – Learn quickly and apply feedback – Think beyond your role or discipline – Care about sustainability and ethical decision-making 03 WHAT YOU’LL DEVELOP – Leadership through influence and ownership – Ethical, values-driven decision-making – Commercial and strategic thinking – Cross-cultural collaboration skills – Learning agility, resilience, and adaptability – Professional credibility and presence 04 WHO CAN APPLY – Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years’ experience) – Degree in business, sustainability, agriculture, engineering, science, data, or related fields – Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage) – Willingness to work in a global, international environment, includes travel and overseas assignments HOW TO APPLY We believe in selecting for potential not just credentials.
