Attract, hire, and retain compassionate, reliable caregivers. Lead Orientations: Design and conduct engaging, thorough onboarding programs. Manage Training: Oversee the CareAcademy platform for continuous staff education. Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with all IDPH Home Care policies. Foster Culture: Act as an approachable, personal leader for all staff and be a team player.

Qualifications

Proven background working in a Non-Medical Home Care setting. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) standards. Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience utilizing CareAcademy training software. Soft Skills: Highly personal, empathetic, and excellent at communication. Track Record: Demonstrated success in lowering employee turnover rates.

Certifications: PHR or SHRM certification preferred, but not required.
