We specialize in delivering a comprehensive suite of cloud services, including Infrastructure Software as a Service (SaaS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions.
Our teams support global clients with a strong focus on operational discipline, security, and reliability. Chi Networks is seeking an L2 Citrix Engineer to support and manage Citrix-based environments for enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who has hands-on experience with Citrix administration and is comfortable working in a 24×7 managed services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2-level support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (Xen. App / Xen. Desktop) environments Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Citrix performance, access, and availability Handle tickets escalated from L1 teams and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs Perform routine administration, maintenance, and health checks of Citrix infrastructure Assist with patching, upgrades, and configuration changes Coordinate with internal teams (Network, Windows, Storage) for issue resolution Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and incident reports Participate in shift rotations supporting 24×7×365 operations Requirements Qualifications 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Citrix administration / support Strong knowledge of: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops Citrix Store.
Front, Delivery Controllers, and License Servers Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) Active Directory, Group Policy, basic networking concepts Experience working in an ITIL / ticket-driven environment Ability to troubleshoot performance and user access issues Citrix certification (CCA / CCP) is a plus Location & Additional Details Job Type: Full-time, On-site Location: New Delhi, India Shift: Rotational shifts (24×7 support environment) Experience Level: L2 Compensation: As per experience and company standards
