What you will do

• Help clients with daily routines, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and an organized living environment.
• Support medication routines only within the nonmedical duties and training authorized for the assignment.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
• Provide practical support that encourages safety and independence.
• Coordinate and accompany clients to medical appointments as assigned.
• Encourage exercise, social activities, and participation in community life.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• A personal or professional reference.
• Background check and drug screening are required. Helpful, but not required No prior caregiving experience is required. Training and support are provided. One year of disability-care experience is preferred, not mandatory. Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful.
