Job Summary

District Athletic Game Workers will support school athletic events in a variety of roles, which may include: Ticket scanning Clock operation Announcing Timing Keeping the scorebook Qualifications: To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skills, and/or ability necessary.

High school diploma or equivalent Experience with school athletics preferred Effective interpersonal and communication skills Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal record check requirements Click here for more information about required clearances Candidate must adhere to all local, state, federal, and school code requirements for employment Compensation: $50 per event DASD employees paid via timesheet through payroll department Non-DASD employees are paid through STS (Substitute Teacher Service) How to Apply: STEP 1 : Interested applicants should start by contacting the Athletic Director of the school where they wish to work: Downingtown High School West: Michelle Goss, mgoss@dasd.
