We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Shift Leaders to join our team! The Shift Leader The Shift Leader is an important part of our restaurant leadership team and is responsible for helping ensure the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and profitably during each shift. Shift Leaders help lead the team, maintain Firehouse Subs standards, and create an exceptional guest experience.

This role has a strong hospitality focus and requires someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality food, friendly service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, positive, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with people and want to grow with our company. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Must be Serv. Safe certified or willing to obtain Serv. Safe certification within 30 days of hire.

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour

Requirements

Weekend and evening availability required; Past leadership experience preferred, but not required; Top-notch customer service skills; Ability to handle cash and finances; Goal-oriented; Sense of urgency; Quick learner; Computer literate
