Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth-running hotel Responding with warmth and efficiency to guest requests or queries, helping to make every visit smooth and enjoyable. Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas. Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
