Product Design and Engineering Integration Manager

Leads a team of engineers responsible for the development, enhancement, integration, and lifecycle management of outdoor power equipment products. Oversees engineering activities related to product design, component selection, cost reduction initiatives, manufacturability improvements, quality enhancements, and new product introductions.

Partners closely with Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and Yamabiko engineering teams to deliver products that meet performance, safety, customer, and business objectives.
