• King, NC, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Expected shifts: Monday to Friday 12-5PM OR 9-3PM Training shifts: 11AM-4PM From Saturday up to Wednesday depending on availability. Shift-differential pay for select shifts PTO for all employees Employee Assistance Program Free employee Black Card Membership Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: Expected shifts: Monday to Friday 12-5PM OR 9-3PM Training shifts: 11AM-4PM From Saturday up to Wednesday depending on availability. Customer service experience High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Basic computer proficiency Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
