Auto Sales & Leasing Consultant**

Location:Jim Winter Auto Group | Jackson, Michigan Employment Type: Full-Time (42-50 hours/week)

Requirements:**

Log, track, and follow up with clients in our CRM

Sell 12+ vehicles per month**

Complete assigned training on time

Strong written and verbal communication skills (including digital outreach)

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs and uphold our stress-free buying experience

Schedule:**

Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM (with one day: 11 AM - 8 PM)

Alternating Saturdays: 9 AM - 3 PM
