Restaurant Host Location: Grand Rivers, KY 42045 Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Host to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover. Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times accurately to guests. Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu and restaurant services. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Answer phone calls and handle reservation inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
