What We’re Looking For:

Certifications:ASE Certification in Automatic Transmission/Transaxle (A2) and Manual Drive Train & Axles (A3) is highly preferred. GM Factory Certification is a major plus.

Experience:** A proven track record of diagnosing, stripping, and rebuilding complex transmissions.

Tech-Savvy:** Ability to utilize advanced diagnostic software to pinpoint electronic and mechanical failures.

Efficiency:** A "fixed right the first time" mentality with a focus on high productivity.

Integrity:** A commitment to transparency and excellence in every repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose complex transmission and drivetrain issues using electronic tools and road testing.

Perform high-quality repairs, replacements, and rebuilds on a variety of vehicles (heavy focus on Chevrolet/GM).

Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and estimated timelines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
