Small Parcel Coordinator

The Customer Service Expeditor ensures parts orders are completed accurately and on time, coordinating with department supervisors and communicating delays to Customer Service. The role prepares, packages, ships, and tracks parts and UPS shipments while maintaining accurate shipping information in the system. The Expeditor also provides missing-item reports to Purchasing, prepares nightly reports, and maintains a clean and organized work area.
