Leasing Agent I/COS (Kahului Town Terrace/Imi Ikena - 1434, 1235)

Position is for full time Leasing Agent I/COS to work at the Kahului Town Terrace/Imi Ikena, two affordable housing communities in Kahului and Wailuku, HI (Maui). These are Tax Credit properties. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. COS certification preferred.

Salary range: $19.95 - $30.40 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.95 - $25.18per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
