The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success and quality of assigned projects, serving as the primary leader for project execution from start to finish. This role ensures strict adherence to project safety plans, while managing financial performance, schedules, contracts, change orders, pay applications, and overall project documentation.

The Project Manager serves as the central point of communication for clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and key stakeholders throughout the life of the project.
