Executive - Forex CPC| Ernakulam

To support payment, trade and forex operations through review and evaluation of transaction activities, assessment of operational controls, identification of process exceptions and monitoring of regulatory compliance requirements. The role provides analytical inputs to support risk mitigation, service quality and operational effectiveness.

Process Trade Finance and Forex transactions in the Core Banking System (CBS) and related applications in accordance with approved procedures. Ensure timely processing of transactions within defined turnaround times (TATs) and service standards. Validate transaction details and supporting information to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Perform transaction processing in accordance with FEMA, RBI guidelines and internal operational policies. Ensure completeness and accuracy of transactional inputs to prevent errors, operational losses and missed transactions. Monitor transaction queues and support timely resolution of processing exceptions. Coordinate with branches and internal stakeholders for transaction-related clarifications and issue resolution.

Maintain compliance with operational controls, audit requirements, and risk management standards. Experience Range: 2 to 3 years in trade finance/forex operations.

Qualifications

Graduation/ Post‑Graduation (any specialization) preferred.
