Part Time Maintenance Custodian

PURPOSE: To provide for custodial/maintenance needs to all Borough owned properties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Observe safe working conditions Mop and/or vacuum floors and carpets Sweep / mop stairways and landing Fill dispensers (towel and soap) Empty waste cands Disinfect and wipe table tops, doorjambs, door hardware Dust windowsills, counter tops, ceiling and art clean and dust light fixtures Replace lightbulbs as needed Perform minor maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager Perform other duties as assigned JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: *indicates developed after employment
