Responsibilities

Order processing, delivery and invoicing using SAP ERP Monitoring of order processing Preparation of transport documents for non-hazardous and hazardous goods for transportation by road or sea Understanding export and customs documents Processing customer inquiries and clarifying delivery status in German and English, including monthly tracking of delivery performance Recording and processing complaints and returns in the SAP C4C system (CRM) Accompanying documents for occasional national & international parcel shipments Project collaboration Qualifications: Completed commercial training with experience in customer service Knowledge of ERP/SAP desirable, CRM and MS Office Basic knowledge of customs and export control Basic knowledge of the regulations for the transportation of dangerous goods
