Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Outdoor Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing outdoor carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a carpenter, with a focus on outdoor projects

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
• Leadership skills to supervise and train junior carpenters
• Excellent time management and organizational skillsResponsibilities:- Interpret and follow blueprints to meet project specifications
• Construct, install, and repair outdoor structures such as decks, fences, pergolas, and gazebos
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences
• Supervise and mentor junior carpenters on the team
• Ensure worksite safety and compliance with building codes
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlinesAdditional Requirements:
• Certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is a plus
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
